West Gate - Upgraded and Working!

A new Phone Box has been installed at the West Gate and it is now in operation as of August 7, 2010.
 
In the near future, the Main and Trough View gates will also be upgraded with the same type of phone box from DoorKing Access Systems.

Please be advised that TrAILCo will have additional Helicopter Activity in the area pulling rope and setting blocks (pulley’s) on structures throughout the Subdivision Structures #96 to #109 in the near future. Implosive Splicing of Conductor Cable is planned as well, Please see attached information for your distribution to all land owners. I will keep you informed of current activity as soon as I receive a schedule of activity in the area. Please feel free to contact me anytime with questions, concerns or comments.

FALL CLEAN UP & Cookout
Saturday, November 13th, 9 a.m. at Ashton Woods Drive & Trough View Road
 
Meet your Ashton Woods neighbors!  Help us keep the community neat, and to keep our dues as low as possible.
 
• Suggest you wear LONG SLEEVES, LONG PANTS, BOOTS, GLOVES.
• Bring shovels, rakes, hoes, digging bars, chain saws/trimmers with fuel, lopping shears, trash grabbers, etc… For those without pickup trucks, 5-gallon buckets work for filling with gravel to put in holes.
• This is a rain or shine event
• RSVP to vicepresident@awpoa.com with the total number of people attending, and sizes needed for work shirts (if you don’t already have some).
• Social begins at 2:00 p.m., 594 South Branch Mountain Road (Bashoor’s) – if you can help with food, e-mail Laura at mbashoor@hardynet.com
