Ashton Woods – A Thriving and Welcoming Community

AWPOA Community,

Good afternoon and I hope that everyone is getting ready for a wonderful 4th of July celebration!

We are truly blessed for the independence that our fellow Americans provided through their service and sacrifice which enables us to enjoy the freedoms of this great country!

Ashton Woods, with its vast amount of wildlife, mountain views, recreational activities, and resources, makes it a community that is thriving and welcoming. Because of this, we are blessed with full time, part time and recreational property owners, and new property owners are coming in at a rapid pace.

Ashton Woods Property Owners Association is a non-profit business, and each property owner is a customer of AWPOA. The Board of Directors values each individual property owner and supports them on how they utilize their property. We value and respect each property owner’s privacy, property vision, and way of life!

Ashton Woods Property Owners Association has a “Zero Tolerance” harassment initiative for the community!

Any belligerent and/or harassing activity(s) or communication(s) via email, phone calls, onsite, social media posts or website posts to other property owners or the Board of Directors will not be tolerated. If escalating behavior occurs, the Board of Directors will review, document, and submit the information to West Virginia’s Sheriff’s Department. The Board of Directors has been in communication with the Sheriff’s Department, and we look forward to the partnership to make this community enjoyable, safe and harassment free.

Ashton Woods Board of Directors is responsible for addressing each property owner and how they operate within the confines of each covenant. The Board of Directors will evaluate and remediate any issues directly with the property owner if they have egregiously violated the covenant(s).

We strive to make this a thriving and welcoming community and look forward to the continued support as we can’t do this alone!

Have a wonderful 4th of July and thank you!

Regards,

Jason T. Williams
AWPOA President
