UPS and Amazon

Am I the only person not getting their packages/boxes delivered to the RCS but instead I get a slip to go to Post Office. Is this because of the virus ? New rules? New driver? My address has trough view gate and RCS2.

Ed, that is a USPS policy. Do you have a code to get into the RCS?

Packages can start out at Amazon with one shipper then switch to USPS as the “last mile” carrier.

That’s USPS Pauline. We go to the Post Office once a week to get the packages that won’t fit in the lockers. USPS is not allowed to put parcels in the RCS.

Why is USPS not allowed to access the RCS? Is that something we could change through our bylaws or otherwise? Sounds like it could save a lot of folks a lot of unnecessary trips to the post office.
