AWPOA December Board Meeting

AWPOA December Board Meeting

AWPOA Community,

Good morning and hope that everyone is enjoying the holiday season!

We will be having an end of year board meeting on Dec. 15th to address any outstanding items prior to the new year when the new board members start their terms.

A top item during this meeting will be the appointment of our new Treasurer.

Other items pertain to the day to day objectives that enable our community to thrive like gate management, roads, trash, etc.

Campers and RVs have been addressed in a prior notice for their removal between January and February.

2023 HOA Dues notices will be sent out towards the end of December with the new amount of $600 per year.

I hope that everyone has a wonderful Holiday season!

Warm regards,

Jason T. Williams
AWPOA President

    Jason,

I would like to request that the board reconsider their position on maintaining the parental controls for initiating new “community” posts. I’d like to think that the ability to get timely & potentially emergency information out to the community would supersede any unneighborly conduct(petty name calling, disparaging posts, etc). Any negative posts can always be deleted but we have no alternative to disseminating time critical information

After the fire this summer & absence of alternative messaging, I figured this would have been unanimously voted in at the last board meeting.

    All the best,
    Sean

I should’ve added……this is in no way a slight to Sergey or the webmaster. They are responsive and approve things as fast as they can
