Good Neighbors
Thank you to all for the reports on the road conditions in Ashton Woods. An especial thanks to the gentleman driving the Tesla when my wife and a family friend were in the van with the spinning wheels just inside the Main Gate. He stopped and warned them on the road conditions and offered to follow them to make sure they arrived safely. Not making any progress at the Main Gate they decided to Use the Trough View Gate entrance. The conditions there were a little better and thanks to our friend being a professional driver, the van made it. In addition, thanks to the gentleman with the pickup sideways a distance in from the West Gate. He warned me of his truck blocking the road, so I was able to successfully make it through the Trough View Gate without further issues. Despite our good fortune in arriving, it is still very slick out there so delay driving on our roads if you can. It will be much warmer in a few days.

It’s always nice to hear of great people in the community doing what needs to be done.
Please be safe, neighbors! I’ve had to go up and down a couple times, and it’s treacherous, even for someone who learned to drive in Wisconsin winters. Bless you all and take care.
