Owners Meeting – October 22 – More Information
As previously announced, our annual Owners Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 22. the meeting will be held at the Moorefield Church of the Brethren and begin at 10:00 AM. We will be electing three new board members as well as approving the 2023 budget. Currently we do have three candidates for the board and further nominations are welcome. Reply to this email if you would like to include your name on the ballot.
A mailing with more information will come out in first week or so of October. This mailing will include more specific information on the meeting, including location, agenda (lunch will follow the meeting), proposed budget, proxy form, etc. Please RSVP your attendance at the meeting by replying to this email. If you are unable to attend the meeting,. please appoint a proxy, using the proxy form included in the mailing. If you do not RSVP, you may still attend the meeting, however knowing the approximate attendance helps with planning for the amount of food for lunch.
The board looks forward to seeing many of you on October 22.
