Trough View Trash RCS #2
This is the second time in the last month when I’ve gone down to drop off my trash someone has placed their trash in my bin. I’m assuming it’s a weekender but whomever, they need to leave the full time residents trash bins alone.

I agree. It’s happened to us too. I was in RCS#2 this morning, it was overflowing. I know we just had a holiday but I think this RCS has reached it’s maximum capacity. We need expansion of some sort.
The board is aware of the issues with the trash rooms and is working on a plan to address them.
One of the first things we are looking to do is to provide clear direction to the part time residents regarding the use of the trash rooms. As a part time resident, I personally was never provided details on the trash room use other than how to open the doors.
Going forward the board is working on a plan to address the number of trash cans for temporary residents so that they do not use the full time resident cans.
