2023 Dues Reminder
Good evening.
The deadline for Annual Dues to be paid has passed. As of this evening, there are 170 properties that have not yet paid their dues of $600 per lot and are now delinquent. Owners who do not access their property via the Ashton Woods roads must submit their annual dues of $60 per lot.
If you have delinquent dues from prior years, please include those at the prior year’s amounts of either $500 or $50 per lot, as pertains to your road access.
You may make your payment online through the AWPOA website under Owners Area > Payments.
Alternatively, you may send a check through the mail. Make all checks payable to AWPOA and mail to:

Hi Steve, I never received a mail invoice. With so many delinquent, is that the issue?

Hi Paul,
The board decided last year to go with electronic communication, with a follow up of a USPS mail later in the year. Reach out to the board members for information on how to put your email address in the database as either private or public, as per your preference.

Once again i have not received a notice letter for my dues. My address is current and up to date and yet they are still being delivered to my old address.My correct address is in my profile. Thanks
