Annual Owners Meeting
The annual owners meeting started in a bit of chaos with our late entry into the church. Our volunteer support people were able to quickly put us back on track. We really appreciate the patience of our owners during our initial opening. This was our first meeting in three years, and I was amazed by all the new faces. We appreciate all the comments and concerns both during the meeting and emails after the meeting. We encourage input from our owners to enhance the safety and health of our community. There appeared to be a lot of energy and enthusiasm with this meeting probably because it was Zoom free. We appreciate your attendance, and we look forwarded to seeing you at upcoming social events. The PowerPoint and other related documents will be placed on the website in the coming days.
Election Results:
New elected Board members: Jason T. Williams, President, Cathy Baum, Vice President, Hilary Collins, Secretary.
Budget passed. This included an increase of the annual HOA dues to $600.00 a year.
