A BoD meeting will be held on April 15th at 10 am at the Baum’s residence: 1220 Hampshire Ridge.

Agenda items
Updating BOD on lots not paid annual road assessment for 2023.
Agenda will be
1. Formal resolution codifying late payment fines and penalties per WVA code for lots in arrears as of Mar 30
2. Approving contract with Phil Rinker for road re=graveling/maintenance/etc for services spring 2022 and forward
3. Discussion by Treasurer of how expenses must be documented for vendors to be paid or BOD members to be reimbursed for such items as postage, paper, etc.
4. Informing community of location of Annual picnic May 20 and looking for volunteers.
