Do you have delinquent dues?

Hello. Just a gentle reminder that for any owners with delinquent dues, those dues must be paid by today (1 July) to avoid interest and administrative fees.

In addition to the letters we previously mailed and email notices we sent to folks, the Board wanted to send out today’s reminder. We regret the need to send these reminders but want to ensure everyone is aware.
