We used Justin Time Excavating for clearing, driveway, foundation, and septic. Great company. Nothing but good things to say.

The AWPOA website under documents has very specific driveway instructions based on the covenants. Be sure to comply.
I second Phil Rinker. Phil is a full time Ashton Woods resident and takes care of our roads. He has done several project for us and is very thorough and reasonable. His number is 304-851-4527.
Many of the companies listed know the rules in Ashton Woods but we have had at least one company (I don’t remember their name) that installed it wrong. I would pass on the following to whomever you use.
