Recommend Builders
We are currently researching home plans for our lot in Ashton Woods
Could anyone please recommend a qualified & reliable builder / contractor that you have used or know of that we could contact for assessment and building recommendations
Not doing a log structure so no log builders

Hi, i have been really thrilled with the quality and communication with Bryson Homes, Inc. They are doing my stick built property on Lot 281. Thier site has mostly log homes listed but they do stick built as well. Mine is a modern farmhouse

we built a house on lot 171 on south branch mountain drive. we acted as the general contractor and subbed out the work. we used homestead builders (jeff stehle) to do the framing and he did a great job. however, during construction he lost a number of employees and did not have a full crew so it tool longer than anticipated to frame the house. his work was exceptional, but i don’t know if his crew is larger now than it was in the fall or is you want to act as a general contractor. we were happy with the subs we used with the exception of one (gutter contractor) and eventually they fixed the problems .
i did get a quote from Bryson and thought his price was not unreasonable but knew i could do it for less as the general contractor.

Homestead builders is not reliable, and he does not do the best , we had to fire him
